FAQs

I'VE PURCHASED A DIGITAL ITEM. WHERE DO I FIND THE DOWNLOAD?

Digital items are available for INSTANT download as soon as your payment has been made.

All digital items you have purchased can be found under "My Account", "My Orders", "Downloads". If you are logged in, you can just click here.

Digital stamps are downloaded in a ZIP file. Save this file to your computer. Right-click on it and select "Extract All..." Choose where you would like your digital files saved and click Save.

MY STAMPS/PAPERS ARE DOWNLOADED. NOW WHAT?

Using digital stamps is so easy! Digital stamps and papers can be printed using whatever software you have to print your photos with. You can even print them using text editing programs such as Microsoft Word or Microsoft Works.

Open a new document in Word or Works. Click insert (at the top of the page), select picture, from file. Find the folder where you have stored your digital stamps and/or papers. Select the image you would like to use.

Your image is now in the document. Click on it and drag the corner handles to re-size it. Be careful when you are doing this. Try to do it evenly so that you do not warp your image. Now print!

The easiest way to print, without wasting cardstock, is to print your image onto printer paper. Then cut an appropriate size of cardstock and tape it over your printed image. Insert the paper with cardstock taped to it back into your printer so that when you reprint, the image will now print on your cardstock.

Another easy way to do this is to insert several images into your document at once and print them all out at the same time (on cardstock), using a full sheet of paper.

I'VE DOWNLOADED MY PDF TEMPLATE BUT I CAN'T OPEN IT!! WHERE DO I GET THE PROGRAM TO OPEN IT??
