All art on this site is hand drawn by me or photographed and digitized by me or created in a photo editing program by me, Penny Doucette (Creations by Penny) and is protected by copyright. I reserve all rights to my designs.

My designs are intended for your personal use and you are not permitted to redistribute (including copying, lending, duplicating, sharing, reselling or putting online - except for as elements in a digital scrapbook or as demonstration photos of your finished projects) any of my designs.

You are permitted to make and sell individually handmade and hand-colored cards and projects that you create using Creations by Penny designs.

Newer images have a signature mark. Please keep the signature mark with the image. Do not remove or erase this signature mark.

Please credit "Creations by Penny" for the digital image/paper when posting a project you made using Creations by Penny designs to a blog or other public viewing site.

Once a digital image or digital paper is purchased, they will be available for download from the site. You are allowed three downloads, after that you will have to repurchase your digital files. However, I will make exceptions for certain circumstances, so please feel free to contact me.
